Welcome to Emissa Perfumes We are delighted that you chose our products. At Emissa, we strive to provide an exceptional shopping experience. By using our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Perfume Policy: Due to the nature of our products, and to ensure quality and public health, perfume bottles cannot be returned or exchanged if the plastic wrap has been removed or the product has been used, except in cases of a clear manufacturing defect. We guarantee that every bottle delivered to you is authentic and brand new.
Orders & Pricing: We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. Prices are effective at the time of purchase, and discounts or promotions are subject to change. Purchases are for personal use only.
Shipping & Liability: We do our best to deliver your orders as quickly as possible. Once the order is handed over to the carrier, they are responsible for delivery times, but we will always be here to support you until your order arrives at your doorstep.
Governing Law: All transactions and disputes are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt (Headquarters in Cairo).

مرحباً بكم في إميسا للعطور يسعدنا اختياركم لمنتجاتنا. نحن في "إميسا للعطور" نسعى لتقديم تجربة تسوق استثنائية تعكس رقيّ عطورنا. باستخدامكم لموقعنا، فإنكم تدخلون في "عقد مودة وثقة" يحكمه الالتزام بالشروط التالية:
خصوصية المنتجات (العطور): نظرا لطبيعة منتجاتنا (عطور)، ولضمان الجودة والصحة العامة، لا يمكن استبدال أو استرجاع أي زجاجة عطر تم فض غلافها البلاستيكي أو استخدامها، إلا في حال وجود عيب مصنعي واضح. نحن نضمن أن كل زجاجة تصلكم هي أصلية وجديدة كليا.
الطلبات والأسعار: نحن نحتفظ بالحق في قبول أو رفض أي طلب. الأسعار المعروضة هي الأسعار السارية وقت الشراء، وقد تتغير العروض والخصومات من وقت لآخر. المشتريات مخصصة للاستخدام الشخصي فقط.
الشحن والمسؤولية: نحن نبذل قصارى جهدنا لتوصيل طلباتكم في أسرع وقت. بمجرد تسليم الطلب لشركة الشحن، تصبح الشركة هي المسؤولة عن مدة التوصيل، لكننا سنظل معكم دائماً لمتابعة حالة الطلب حتى وصوله لباب بيتكم.
القانون الحاكم: تخضع كافة المعاملات والنزاعات للقوانين المعمول بها في جمهورية مصر العربية (مقر الشركة الرئيسي بالقاهرة).
