Return & Refund Policy
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied, you can request a return within 14 days of receipt.
Product Condition: Items must be in their original condition, unused, in original packaging, with all tags attached.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
Refunds: Once inspected, refunds will be processed to your InstaPay within 2 to 5 business days.

المرتجع الأمثل رضاكم هو أولويتنا. إذا لم تكن راضيا عن مشترياتك، يمكنك طلب استرجاع خلال 14 يوما من تاريخ الاستلام.
حالة المنتج: يجب أن يكون المنتج في حالته الأصلية، غير مستخدم، وفي تغليفه الأصلي مع كافة الملصقات.

رسوم الاسترجاع: يتحمل العميل رسوم شحن الإرجاع إلا في حال كان المنتج تالفا أو خاطئا.
استرداد الأموال: بمجرد فحص المنتج المرتجع، سيتم إعادة المبلغ من خلال انستا باي خلال 2 إلى 5 أيام عمل.
